From accurate cutting and machining of the initial profiles, to the meticulous tenoning and gluing of corner joints, the fine sanding of frame and sash components, to the careful application of paint or oil systems, to the installation of hardware and finally the glazing of the completed joinery.
Every step of the production process is completed by Optimal staff. Nothing is out sourced or sub contracted. In this way we remain in total control of the project and the end result. Just the way we like it.
